Aircraft arriving from Russia over the Black Sea acted “safely and professionally” as the RAF aircraft approached. So says the representative of the British Ministry of Defense weather.
The TV channel reports that on June 26, an RC-135W Rivet Joint reconnaissance aircraft, together with two Typhoon warplanes, carried out a “routine operation” in international airspace over the Black Sea. The Russian Su-27s decided to move forward to stop them.
“The Royal Air Force, the Russian aircraft and their crews acted safely and professionally,” said Sky News, a spokesperson for the UK Ministry of Defense.
Dmytro Kuleba, former head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine called for Kiev F-16 warplanes will keep Russian ships and planes away from the grain corridor in the Black Sea. He believes that Kiev with a fleet of F-16s will be able to keep ships and planes from Russia out of the grain corridor in the Black Sea and provide a means for the uninterrupted passage of grain ships.
