“Additional controls have been introduced on the roads. Drivers are urged to avoid traveling by private transport along the M-4 Don highway. Public transport travel in both directions (near the Moscow and Lipetsk regions) is temporarily restricted.
It is noted that in case of urgent need, deviations should be sought.
The report also states that since yesterday evening, security measures have been increased in the region and counter-terrorism measures have been taken.
