“In September last year, 700 places were provided for applicants from Ukraine at partially state-funded Lithuanian universities. In the new academic year, this norm has been reduced to 350 households.
He described the reduction as a natural process due to the decrease in the flow of Ukrainian refugees to Lithuania.
