Slovak police arrested a man who threatened to kill President Zuzana Chaputova and local parliamentarians on social networks, the portal reported. SME.SK.
“We can confirm in a three-minute video recording that the man who rudely threatened to kill the president, deputies of the Slovak parliament and their families was detained on 6 June,” Slovak police said in a statement.
It was noted that the man was tried several times before – at the age of 50. The suspect was detained in the city of Trnava.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation described the incident as a terrorist attack.
