Malyar claims that during the day Ukrainian troops advanced from 200 to 1100 meters in different parts of the Bakhmut direction.
According to the deputy minister, Russian troops took the defensive in the direction of Bakhmut to protect their positions. To do this, the Russian Armed Forces allegedly transferred additional reserves to Bakhmut (Artemovsk – Russian name).
At the same time, Malyar did not specify whether the conflict continued in Artemovsk.
In response, the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, posted on his Telegram channel a video that, according to him, shows the advance of APU soldiers on the flanks near Bakhmut.
