A US man said he managed to lose 27 pounds just by eating at McDonald’s. NBC.

Kevin Maginnis explained that he ate fast food three times a day and the entire experiment took 100 days. The 57-year-old claims that this diet not only helps him lose weight, but also lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels. True, the American admitted that he did not eat all the burgers, but only half the serving.

Adam understands that fast food and healthy eating are incompatible, but he claims to consume a variety of macronutrients when eating McDonald’s products. Maginnis added that his wife, who saw his success, also sat on the same diet.

“We both want to reach a healthy weight,” commented Kevin.
