Nutritionist Natalya Nefedova warned of the dangers of eating multiple avocados at once. The specialist believes that excessive love for this fruit can negatively affect the figure. She talked about it in a radio interview. Sputnik.

“The product is healthy but very greasy,” Nefedova said of her popular dish. According to him, it is very high-calorie – in one piece it can be more than 300 kilocalories.

“Therefore, you shouldn’t expect that three of these fruits won’t affect your daily calorie intake,” stressed the expert.

The nutritionist also gave advice on how to keep a good figure: you need to include more vegetables, fruits and berries in your diet.

According to him, you should eat small portions of five, and better – eight to ten times a day.

“It’s important to alternate different colored fruits and vegetables – this will allow you to get different phytochemicals,” said the expert.

Former endocrinologist, nutritionist Anna Goncharova saidthat including certain foods in your dinner menu during the summer can effectively combat stress and anxiety. According to him, food can increase the level of tryptophan and serotonin in the body and improve mood.
