“In the morning, heavy rain covered the city. As a result, flooding occurred, and in some places there was a temporary halt in public transport works. <..> The water pumping equipment of the city rescue service, motor pumps work on the streets, ”the official said.
It was noted that utilities have already removed the flooding under the bridge in the Vishnyakovskiy market area. Water is pumped from Avtomobilnaya, Rossiyskaya, Parizhskaya, Krugovaya and Troitskaya streets, as well as from Builders’ Boulevard.

The stone bridge is an architectural monument of the 19th century. One of the main attractions of Voronezh is located at the intersection of Karl Marx and Chernyshevsky streets. It was built in 1826 by local architect Ivan Blitsyn. In 1983, the building was included in the list of archaeological, historical and architectural monuments of the Voronezh region.
