Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin made a statement stating that the United States is working with its allies to increase coordination, military planning and combat training in the Asia-Pacific region.
The head of the US defense department made such a statement as part of his speech at the Shangri-La Dialogue security conference. The event took place in Singapore.
He stressed that the common goals of the United States and its allies are clear. Ostan also noted that above all they are linked to “the reflection of aggression and the deepening of rules and norms that promote well-being and prevent conflict.”
“We are therefore accelerating planning, coordination and preparation with our friends from the East China and South China Seas to the Pacific,” Austin said. Public News Service.
