A criminal investigation has been completed against a man accused of stealing a mobile phone and raping a friend in Noyabrsk. The indictment and the materials related to the case were sent to the court. In this respect informs SU SK press service for YNAO.
According to the investigation, on the night of March 2, 2023, residents of Noyabrsk invited two men whom they had met on social networks the previous day to visit them. They began to drink alcohol in the apartment. At one point, a 34-year-old man stole the victim’s cell phone, beat her, and raped her.
The suspect was taken into custody, a criminal case was brought against him in accordance with the paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed with serious harm to a citizen), part 1 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violent acts of a sexual nature) and part 1 of Art. 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (rape).
Investigators identified all the circumstances and causes of the crime, so the criminal case with the indictment was sent to the court for consideration.
