Vasily Shpak, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, said that in 2023 the production of civil unmanned aerial vehicles (UAS) will be more than six thousand. It has been reported TASS.
Shpak said, “According to the information we have seen, we estimate that the BAS production volume in our country will be at least 6.1 thousand units, including all classes and types, but these figures may be higher.”
According to him, there is no information about the production of civilian drones last year, because at that time the industry was not developed and large-scale enough to keep track statistics.
Former State Duma Deputy Andrey Gurulev declarationHe said a law could be passed in the near future where all drones that monitor flights would face criminal liability.
At the same time, he urged Russian citizens, if a drone is found in the sky, to immediately call 112 and report exactly where it is.
