Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said in a statement: telegraph channelFive residential buildings were reportedly damaged as a result of the bombing of the village of Novopetrivka by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was known after bypassing the zones.
According to him, the roofs, facades and fences of the buildings were cut, their windows were broken. A car was also damaged by bullet fragments.
The official assured that the contractors will begin restoration work soon.
Earlier, Gladkov said that the Ukrainian army opened fire on the village of Novopetrivka, located in the Valuysky urban district. The city of Shebekino was also bombed. There, four people were injured as a result of a night attack by Ukraine from a multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS).
