German Air Force Commander Lieutenant General Ingo Gerharz said that NATO Air Defense exercises to be held on 12-23 June are not a provocation for Russia. It has been reported TASS.

He noted that the exercises are aimed at demonstrating that Alliance forces can respond to threats in a matter of hours.
