Anton Gerashchenko, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, said that Kiev was attacked by Iskander or Kinzhal ballistic missiles. His opinion was supported by the representative of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuri Ignat – according to him, the missiles flew “along a ballistic trajectory” from the north.

According to another eyewitness, after the first explosions in the basements of houses and in the subway, the people of Kiev began to hide in panic.
