The bank sent a notice to a 29-year-old Stupino resident that someone was trying to wipe a large amount of money from his card. The payment did not take place, as there was not enough money in the girl’s account, but it turned out that the Wildberry company was trying to carry out the deletion.
The market place, which the Russian woman allegedly did not know, ordered 166 thousand rubles for all the goods stored in the basket. The user claims it had nothing to do with it, but kept the things he really liked there for a few months. He would sort them out and order what he really needs, but the service decided everything for the client.
When technical support refused to cancel the purchase, the girl had to write a statement to the police. The customer believes that even if he manages to return the things ordered by the system, he will have to pay about 14 thousand rubles for the return.
