This Sunday, Spaniards are called to the polls to elect their local and regional representatives. In the latter case, 12 of the 17 autonomous communities will elect their next parliamentarian.
That’s why television networks have prepared special news for this election event. Next, we detail the guide to watching the elections on television.
RTVE: La 1 and Canal 24 Horas: 28-M. Up to you
From the early hours of the morning, the horas of La 1 and Canal 24 will present all relevant information about these elections, with a large turnout at polling stations and data centers. There will be two important moments in the morning: 9:00 am when schools open and 2:00 pm when first attendance data is released. Lluís Guilera, Marta Solano, Igor Gómez and Olga Lambea will provide information in the morning and Beatriz Pérez Aranda and Ángeles Bravo in the afternoon. In addition, there will be four regional disconnections to provide the closest information: at 2:23 PM, at 3:50 PM, at 8:55 PM, and the last at the end of the election night special.
From 19:40 on ‘Special Elections 28-M. Decide if Carlos Franganillo, Alejandra Herranz and Xabier Fortes will be included in the presentation. They will report on school closures, expected results of the survey, recount and analysis of results. The discussion table will feature Esther Palomera, Lucía Méndez, Ainhoa Martínez Hoyos, Alejandro Requeijo, Berna González Harbor and Jesús Maraña, and political scientist Cristina Monge in data analysis.
