More than half (60%) of Russians need emotional relief after a working day. This is evidenced by the results of the “Avito Rabota” research, reports DEA News.
At the same time, 54% of respondents said that stress did not affect their personal activities and task performance, but it did affect relationships with relatives and friends.
46% of survey respondents believe that unloading after work will help them perform better on tasks. Another 40% believe that reducing stress will improve communication with superiors and co-workers.
81% of the respondents stated that they can adequately perceive the criticisms directed at them.
47% of citizens said they cope well with negative emotions and do not react harshly to family members.
Russians said they try to take small breaks during the day (50%), not stay in the office for long (36%) and not leave work “for later” (30%). According to them, it helps to stay away from stress at home.
