Petr Gusyatnikov, senior managing partner of PG Partners, said that the disposal of weeds in abandoned summer houses will be at the expense of the owners. Agency reports “Hitting the Primer”.
Previously, everything was limited only to fines from two to five thousand rubles. But last year authorities near Moscow passed a law that fines alone are not enough – other measures need to be taken, the publication says.
It was noted that the owner of the site will be informed about the need to destroy the weeds, but if this is not done, the municipality representatives will act independently.
The lawyer added that in such a case, an invoice will be sent to the site owner for the services rendered, which must be paid within two months. Otherwise, local authorities will go to court and collect the debt in court.
