“The variants of the bird flu virus that we see on the territory of the Russian Federation are not dangerous for humans,” said Popova.
He emphasized that domestic poultry products remain completely safe, there are no risks to the health of citizens.
“We are addressing this issue together with the Ministry of Agriculture,” Popova said.
