NYT: US believes Ukrainian special services organized drone attack on Kremlin

The newspaper notes that the various Ukrainian intelligence agencies have overlapping functions and often compete with each other, further complicating the ability to determine exactly which one carried out the attack on the Kremlin.

The publication emphasizes that the USA also blames Ukraine’s special services for the murder of journalist Daria Dugina, military commissar Vladlen Tatarsky, the occupation of the border areas of the Belgorod region and the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipeline.
