White House: Congress did not signal readiness to approve F-16 sale to Turkey

John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator of the White House National Security Council (NSC), said that the US Congress has not yet signaled to the US administration that it is ready to allow the delivery of F-16 warplanes to Turkey.
