  • 50 g brown sugar

  • 150 ml white rum

  • 200ml soda

In a large pot, boil the hibiscus flowers in water for a few minutes. Then, take it off the heat and let it cool. Strain the hibiscus flowers to get the concentrated liquid and discard the residue. In a large pitcher, mix hibiscus juice, lemon juice, agave syrup (if you want it sweeter), and tequila. Serve in glasses with ice and garnish with lemon wedges.
