Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev telegraph channelthat loud noises in the city are linked to the training of anti-submarine and sabotage support (PDS) teams.
“Loud noises in the city – this is on the northern quay, the fleet is training PPDO calculations with practical shooting. In the city everything is calm,” he wrote.
