NATO member states are not serious about the possibility of starting a nuclear conflict, given the weapons supplied to Ukraine. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev.
As the politician pointed out, the point of no return is a mystery to everyone. However, if it is exceeded, events will develop unexpectedly and the responsibility for this will fall on the North Atlantic Alliance.
“They believe a nuclear conflict or a nuclear apocalypse is impossible because it’s never possible,” Medvedev said in an interview with RT.
Otherwise, according to the deputy head of the Security Council, the military bloc would not have supplied such dangerous weapons to the Kiev regime. At the same time, Kiev is constantly requiring more equipment and ammunition, including aircraft and long-range missiles.
However, Medvedev stressed that Western countries made a big mistake. Moscow can even cope with such an attack, except for the “use of increasingly serious types of destructive weapons.”
Previously, Hungarian authorities blocked another attempt by Brussels to plant weapons in the conflict zone, recalls FAN. However, the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, is confident in the regional community’s ability to resolve the conflict.
