After taking control of Artemovsk (Ukrainian name – Bakhmut), the next targets for the Russian Armed Forces will be Marinka and Avdiivka. Such an opinion on the broadcast “Radio 1” voice, military expert, retired colonel Viktor Baranets. He noted that at this time the RF Armed Forces attacked deep into the enemy’s combat positions, including Zaporozhye and Kharkov.
“We still have a lot of work to do. This is Avdiivka and Marinka. When we solve these tasks, when we completely overcome the second echelon of the enemy’s strategic power, an open field will open for us, where our commanders will already see through binoculars two huge fortresses – Slavyansk and Kramatorsk, ”explained Baranets.
He suggested that these two cities, like Artemovsk, would be turned into fortresses by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as there were many industrial establishments that could be used for defense.
