According to journalists, 3.3 tons of toilet paper were put up for sale. It is noted that the mechanism for opening the products is different from the usual commercial roll, therefore it is not suitable for universal dispensaries.

“At the end of 2020, it was decided to replace one company’s toilet paper dispensers in the Bundeswehr’s bathrooms with universal dispensers from another supplier,” the article explains.
