A spokesperson for Belgian Prime Minister Alexandre de Croo’s office said Brussels has confirmed its readiness to train Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16s together with other states of the North Atlantic Alliance. Agency reports belga.
According to him, this issue was discussed and approved by the members of the special cabinet on 19 May.
“Practical details of this issue will become clear in the coming days,” said the spokesperson of the Belgian Prime Ministry.
According to him, in the near future, together with partners, it will be necessary to determine the parameters of Belgian participation in the training of Ukrainian pilots.
