The press service of the apparatus of the Security Council of the Russian Federation said that the Russian-Chinese consultations on public security, justice and law and order will be held in Moscow on May 22. writes about it RIA News. Russian-Chinese consultations are held annually on various aspects of security. Last September, consultations on strategic stability were held in China, also led by Patrushev and CCP Central Committee Politburo member Yang Jiechi.

This is the first time Patrushev has personally met with Chen Wenqing at the level of heads of delegation.

It was noted that the consultations made a significant contribution to the development of Russia-China relations. Patrushev pointed out that the way to develop a strategic partnership with China is the unconditional priority of Russia’s foreign policy, that the relations between Moscow and Beijing are valuable in themselves and are not subject to foreign conjuncture.
