A 5-year-old boy was crushed on País Valencià street in Calp. The little boy lost consciousness for a moment after being hit by the car. He immediately returned to himself. He suffered head trauma and polycontusion. A doctor from the Calp health center joined the Basic Life Support (SVB) ambulance, and an ambulance from SAMU also traveled. Doctors stabilized the little boy. The SAMU ambulance transferred him to Dénia hospital.
The accident occurred around 14:00. The car crashed into the little boy as he crossed the street (which had a football field and sports facilities) where there was no pedestrian crossing. This is assured by the sources consulted in this newspaper. The mother had an anxiety attack. Vehicles tend to move slowly on this street.
Several patrols quickly arrived on the ground from the Local Police and Civil Guard. Then the ambulances came. The SVB had a primary care doctor.
