About 3 thousand volunteers from different regions of Russia participated in humanitarian aid missions #MYVMESTE, volunteers supported 700 thousand people living in the new regions of the Russian Federation throughout the year, carried out 200 actions in areas such as humanitarian, medical and psychological assistance, infrastructure restoration. emergency rescue work, socialization of children. These figures were announced by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), the creator of an all-Russian project to help citizens in #MYVMESTE crisis situations.

“It was an incredible year of unity. “Russian volunteers went to help civilians in the liberated lands, returned to their homes and again applied for humanitarian assistance, so as not to abandon those people for whom the support of our volunteers is vital,” said Ksenia Razuvaeva, head of Rosmolodezh.

He said that the volunteers of the #MYVMESTE project – professionals from various fields of activity – took time off from work to help residents of the Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

“A sincere desire for help united millions of people in our country,” says Razuvaeva.

According to Artem Metelev, chairman of the State Duma Youth Policy Committee and chairman of the Volunteer Centers Association, the #MYVMESTE project has connected the many lives, stories and destinies of those living in the new regions of Russia with volunteers.

“Our volunteers participated in the restoration of Saur-mogila, a mound in the Shakhtersky district of the DPR, organized sports events and helped restart the work of children’s sports clubs in Donetsk, and provided assistance to the intensive care hospital in Mariupol. ” added.

Svetlana Kozyreva, director of one of the Perm schools, head of the organization “Goodness”, as a psychologist took part in three humanitarian missions #MYVMESTE in Mariupol.

“I know for sure how useful I can be to teachers, psychologists, educators, administrators from now on. Each humanitarian mission has helped hundreds of people in Hartsyzsk and Mariupol gain confidence that we are together. And for me, every humanitarian mission has become a point of professional development,” the volunteer admitted.

Last May, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the Association of Volunteer Centers launched the #MYVMESTE humanitarian missions, recruiting volunteers to help civilians in liberated areas.
