UA examines labor market challenges to attract and retain talent in the Valencian Community

In a changing work environment and in an absolute transformation, the University of Alicante will host the conference on ‘Labour Market Challenges: Attracting and Engaging Talent at the national level and particularly in the Valencian Community’ on Tuesday 23 May. Randstad, Good Decisions Club and FUNDEUN.

Managers of reference companies and heads of human resources departments in the province of Alicante will attend the conference. Salvador Navarro, president of the Valencian Community Business Confederation (CEV), will open and introduce the event; Andrés Menéndez, managing director of ‘personnel’ at Randstad and Daniel Lorenzo, director of ‘public relations’ at Randstad, will address the issue of attracting and retaining talent from a pragmatic perspective.

The event, which will take place between 9:00 and 11:00, will be closed by Juan Llopis, Director of Institutional Relations and Projects at the University of Alicante.
