In the message, Simonyan explained that the package was one from Hong Kong. It did not contain an explosive device.
“They say it’s a kind of ‘vibrating bullet’ for sexual adventures. And it’s kind of a pencil case for me,” he wrote, adding that his life was “getting more and more exciting.”
