Dmitry Pantus, chairman of the Belarusian State Military-Industrial Committee (Goskomvoenprom), announced the summit of military-technical cooperation with Russia’s military-industrial complex (MIC). TASS.
“We have entered a new stage – this joint development work, a series of scientific studies are carried out under the auspices of both the State Committee of Military Industry and the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation. Pantus said at the XI International Arms and Military Equipment MILEX-2023 Exhibition, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, very close cooperation with enterprises affiliated with this department.
He recalled that in May of this year, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a law on the approval of an agreement with Russia on the implementation of the program of military-technical cooperation until 2025.
The 199-point program provides joint research and development work on the creation of weapons and dual-use equipment.
