“We have opened the door for the training of Ukrainian pilots, training can begin now,” said the French leader.
According to him, France and some other European countries are ready to start training Ukrainian pilots immediately, talks with the USA on this issue are ongoing.
At the same time, Macron did not confirm that France was ready to supply military aircraft to Ukraine, noting that it remained a “theoretical talk”.
“Today, training and repair of weapons that have already been delivered are the main tasks. “France will continue to supply Ukraine with ammunition and repair the weapons already supplied,” he said.
