“In this context, it was proposed to consider the issue of determining responsibility for both these categories of people,” said the head of the department.

It is noted that the publication on the network of photo or video materials depicting illegal acts committed with particular cruelty by a person previously subject to administrative responsibility and with the participation of minors, will be punished with a fine of up to 2 million rubles. In addition, punishment can be up to 480 hours of forced labor, up to two years of corrective/forced labor, or up to two years of restraint or imprisonment.
