Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev announced that loud voices will be heard in the city in connection with the training of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. He reported this in his news telegraph channel.

“Louds in the city – this squadron trains combat crews at the North Pier and in Streletskaya Bay. Everything is calm in the city, ”wrote Razvozhaev.
