Shrimp in the fryer
We leave you two different recipes for cooking king prawns in the air fryer.

500 grams shrimp

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 cup of olive oil

Pepper and salt to taste

Chopped fresh parsley to garnish
Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.

Wash and dry the shrimps.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

Add the shrimp to the mixture and stir until well coated.

Put the shrimp in the fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Serve the prawns hot, sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.

1/2 cup of wheat flour

1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

2 scrambled eggs

Pepper and salt to taste

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a small bowl, mix the wheat flour, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Whisk the eggs in another small bowl.

Dip the shrimp into the flour mixture, then the beaten egg, and finally the breadcrumbs.

Place shrimp in fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
