“We have strict procedures to ensure that weapons and ammunition passing through the International Donor Coordination Center are transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Despite individual reports (cases – socialbites.ca), front-line redirection of weapons donated to Ukraine is extremely rare, ”Hippie explained.
