Nevzorov did not indicate in the publication that he was a foreign agent, therefore he committed a crime under Part 4 of Art. 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent”). The journalist’s article was published on his own Telegram channel on March 22.
Roskomnadzor noted that the actions of the Russians led to a violation of the rights of citizens to receive complete and reliable information about the distributor.
