Rare tanks “Uralvagonzavod” will be held at the Victory parades

On Victory Day, Nizhny Tagil, Chelyabinsk and St. More than 20 rare tanks and self-propelled artillery installations “Uralvagonzavod” will be held at the festive parades in St. Petersburg. This was reported by the press service of the concern.

T-Z4 tanks and self-propelled artillery mounts traditionally participate in Victory parades in the regions where the Uralvagonzavod concern operates.

“The maintenance of more than 20 rare equipment is not only the social responsibility of JSC Uralvagonzavod, but also its contribution to the formation of military-patriotic education of the concern,” said Director of Special Missions Igor Meshkov.

Thus, the T-34-85, which was released in 1945 at the parade in Nizhny Tagil and stood at the museum of armored vehicles on weekdays, will enter service. In Chelyabinsk, the T-34, IS-3 tank and ISU-152 self-propelled gun will pass through the streets. In the northern capital, residents will also see the legendary T-34 and SU-100 facilities. All equipment supplied by factory workers is in working order.

At the enterprises of the concern, the maintenance of a fleet of rare military equipment is considered a tribute to the soldiers at the front.
