“The activities of such guides fall under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety or health of consumers). In this regard, the materials of the police check were sent to the investigative authorities to decide on the opening of a criminal case, ”the statement said.
