Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine’s decision to join NATO depends on the alliance’s four member states, one of which is “particularly large and important”. The statement was made by the diplomat in an interview with the Ukrainian publication 1+1.
At the same time, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine noted that one of the four mentioned countries began to “hesitate” about Ukraine’s membership.
