The Koalitsiya-SV self-propelled artillery mount (SAU) is undergoing state tests to be completed by the end of 2023; has not yet joined the special operations zone in Ukraine. It was stated TASS Major General Sergei Medvedsky temporarily changed the post of Chief of Missile Forces and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

“Coalition-SV” self-propelled guns are not yet included in the SVO, it continues to pass state tests, which are expected to be completed by the end of the year,” Medvedsky said.

According to the general, in fact, the “Coalition-SV” is “on the way out”.

The Major General stated that efforts are continuing to improve the undercarriage of the self-propelled artillery mount.

Formerly Military Watch magazine judicial self-propelled unit 2S35 “Coalition-SV” is one of the most powerful and dangerous self-propelled guns in the world. Its range reaches 80 km, these self-propelled guns can use high-explosive fragmentation, cluster and armor-piercing shells, and also have the highest rate of fire.
