Two French citizens who returned to their countries from Ukraine were detained at Barsi bus station. This is reported by the French edition. Le Parisien.
According to the publication, the police confiscated two telescopic sighted rifles and their cartridges from the detainees. It was noted that the political views of the detainees were on the far right spectrum. They were jailed for violating gun laws. At the same time, the men were prosecuted for a threat to national security.
One of the detainees served in the French Armed Forces before his allegiance to neo-Nazi ideology was exposed.
French secret services are reportedly aware of 400 nationals arriving in Ukraine, including about 30 prominent neo-Nazi supporters. It is noted that among them are supporters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including Azov (the organization is banned in Russia).
