Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova said that the average life expectancy indicator in Russia in the first quarter of 2023 increased to 73.31 years. It has been reported DEA News.

“Life expectancy has increased at a very high rate, reaching 72.8 years at the end of 2022… This trend continues. Now, in the first quarter, this figure has been 73.31 years,” he said.

At the same time, he added that in 2022, the death rate decreased by 22 percent. In the first two months of 2023, there is a downward trend in the indicator.

The publication states that, according to Rosstat, as of March 1, 2023, unpaid salaries in Russia amounted to about 770.6 million rubles. This indicator decreased by 3.5% or 28.3 million rubles compared to February 2023.
