A new park “Three Borders” was laid in Primorye, on the border of Russia, China and the DPRK. TASS in relation to the press service of the regional administration.
“The park is planned to be organized in almost the entire Primorsky Territory. Many social activists, veterans, lawmakers, representatives of large enterprises and just caring residents of the region have already expressed their desire to participate in this work. Mass tree planting is planned for Monday, April 24. About 100 people will attend.”
It was noted that the first trees were planted by the regional governor Oleg Kozhemyako, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Russia Ella Pamfilova, border guards and members of Yunarmiya.
Initially, it was planned to plant up to 150 cherries, apricots and ornamental saplings, then the number was increased to 250. Walking paths, recreation areas, small architectural forms will be placed in the park, the park will be illuminated and landscaped.
