Residents lost the opportunity to leave the garden and were late for work. Turning to the on-duty traffic police, the townspeople said that their complaints were not taken into account.
At the same time, it is known that the mosque administration informed the people of the region about the upcoming holiday by posting an announcement with the inscription “A large congregational flow is expected between 5:00 and 8:00 am” the day before. and therefore we ask you to adjust your plans. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.”
Prior to that, it was reported to be near the Moscow Cathedral Mosque. More than 100,000 believers gathered for serious prayer. Around 10,000 Muslims were praying inside the building.
