The 65-year-old Florida grandfather was returned to prison on April 17, despite a judge’s previous wrongful conviction.

“The last two years have been the best years of my life. I reunited with my family and met my grandchildren for the first time. I mastered a new job that I truly love. I enjoyed worshiping at my church. And I started a new life-changing relationship. I want to live my remaining years in freedom and peace,” she said.
The judge decided that he had to appear to serve his life sentence.
“I am not offended. I won’t give up,” the old man added.
In 1989, a Florida resident was arrested in connection with the death of a 22-year-old boy. The victim’s ex-girlfriend told police she was abducted by a black man.
