• When everything is well combined (30 to 40 minutes of cooking), remove from heat and reserve.

• Let’s move on to the hamburger. We will put ground beef, small pieces of bacon, small cheddar cheese, garlic, onion, salt and a few tablespoons of the sauce we prepared beforehand in a bowl.

• We mix it well. Divide it into two equal parts and shape the meat pieces into a hamburger shape.

• Add the bacon in a pan and cook until it releases its own fat. When ready, we fry the hamburgers. When one side is ready, we turn it over and put some mozzarella cheese on it so that it melts on the meat.

• Prepare the base of the bread. It is ideal to be made with hamburger buns, but it can be made with anyone according to everyone’s taste.

• We spread the bread with mayonnaise.

• We put a spoonful of sauce.

• Put a slice of cheddar cheese on it.

• On top of all that, we put a hamburger.

• We added a slice of York ham.

• We put a strip of bacon.

• We repeat these steps (except the first) once again.

• We cover everything with the lid of the bread, which is also smeared with mayonnaise.
