North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has offered to reward the developers of the new intercontinental ballistic missile Hwaseong 17. CTAC.
The North Korean leader, who attended the missile’s test launch, described the work on the missile as “a special contribution to the groundbreaking strengthening of strategic forces”.
He added that a little more than 10 people were involved in the development of the weapons.
Former North Korean leader Kim Jong-un declarationthat the new intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) “Hwaseong-18” will increase North Korea’s capabilities to launch a counterattack nuclear strike.
The publication states that Kim Jong-un “expressed his satisfaction with the results of the launch.” According to him, the possession of such weapons will allow North Korea to “increase the effectiveness of its nuclear counterattack.”
The first test of the new Hwaseong-18 solid-fuel long-range ballistic missile was carried out by North Korea on Wednesday, April 13.
